Oak-Leyden is a community-based, non-profit agency whose mission is to help people with developmental disabilities meet life’s challenges and reach their highest potential. Oak-Leyden has provided services to the community for over 53 years and has grown to serve more than 500 people each year. Programs include early intervention for children ages birth through three and adult life enrichment programs including vocational services, employment services, residential programs, and coordinated healthcare.
