Oak Industries is a division of Oak-Leyden Developmental Services’

Developmental Training Program.  Oak Industries is an industrial job-training program for adults with developmental disabilities.

How do you assure quality product?

 

At Oak Industries, each member of the workforce is closely supervised and trained by a team of professionals. Training Counselors manage small groups of participants. By keeping the work groups small, staff members are able to assess performance, as well as monitor quality.

 

How am I charged for the services?

 

Oak-Leyden will send you a bill based on a predetermined negotiated price for the completed work.

 

When should I use Oak Industries?

 

Any time! You can use Oak Industries when you need temporary or long-term assistance – just as you would any other subcontract service.
