- Recruitment of open positions including but not limited to: posting internal & external ads, attending and holding job fairs, conducting interviews and background checks. Insures all background information and files are complete. Maintains a system to track resumes and actions, including response letters to candidates.
- Maintains and monitors the Employee insurance plans and benefits including, but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and the 401k. Maintains the Employee Navigator information to coordinate the benefit enrollment process.
- Assists the Human Resources Director with projects.
Minimum 1 year recruiting experience. Preferably in a not-for-profit setting.
Minimum 1 year General Human Resources and Benefit Administration experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
HR certification a plus.
Strong skills with Excel, Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
