Oak-Leyden is proud to announce the hiring of Amy Skrypkun-Castro as its new Director of Community Living Services. Skrypkun-Castro will lead a team that provides community-based supportive housing to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living throughout western Cook County.
Skrypkun-Castro holds decades of experience in managing human services organizations and working with people with developmental disabilities. Previously, she served as Executive Director at Central Plaza Residential Home, as Administrator at Little Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and as Quality Manager at Ray Graham Association. She holds her B.S. in Sociology from Western Illinois University and various licenses and certificates.
