Oak-Leyden is excited to announce two new Assistant Director of Community Living; Caffie Moore and Xan Nikchevick.
Caffie Moore has been with Oak Leyden for 5 1/2 years and started off as a DSP, she was promoted to QIDP within a year then moved to Lead QIDP. We are excited that she has accepted this new role as the Assistant Director of Community Living. She has a great rapport with the clients and families of Oak-Leyden and tackles any task given to her. She has stepped up to assume various roles during her time, even working DSP shifts in the homes when needed. Caffie is excited about her new role and looks forward to enhancing the lives of our community-living clients.
Xan Nikchevich has had the pleasure of working with individuals with special needs for over fifteen years across numerous domains. Over the course of his career, he has worked with participants to achieve their personal goals and realize their full potential. Having a brother with special needs, Xan understands how critical it is to provide compassionate support and care to both the individuals and their families as well. He is thrilled to be joining the Oak-Leyden team and hopes to apply his prior experiences to best benefit the organization and its participants.
